It is safe to say that blush has taken the wedding world by storm. From gowns to stationery, florals and tablescapes, it is everywhere. And there is no denying its romance and beauty but this team of vendors is putting a fresh twist on that popular hue. With styling by NT Events and florals by Pineapple Petals Studio, take a peek at Jasmine Lee's images that showcase the beauty of a mauve and gold color story. We're thinking maybe, just maybe mauve might be the new blush.
From rich velvets, to warm ruby colors and gilded accents throughout, the style of 19th century Imperial Russian aristocracy was at the forefront of our design vision. When we met Russian photographer Anya Kernes living in LA, we knew she would be the perfect fit. In the movie, the love story unfolds on a literal stage. With that in mind, we chose The MacArthur in Los Angeles as the backdrop for the style shoot. Dripping with chandeliers and full sized stage, there couldn’t have been a better location!
We were lucky enough to stop by this beautiful tabletop from Luxe Linen's Luxe Launch 2016 at Vibiana. The team had a beautiful gown custom made by Miss Tashina, but were nice enough to let us stop by and take some photos in our Katie gown! Click HERE to see the full feature on California Wedding Day.
"Inspired by the Hacienda Encantada resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, the designers from First Pick Planning and Peony and Plum perfectly captured tropical vibes and bright colors in a chic design for this year's Luxe Launch party hosted by Luxe Linen. "We were very passionate and excited to incorporate bold colors and be playful with the design," says Jen Bergmark of First Pick Planning. The "Teal Dupionique" underlay and sheer, white "Simone" linen overlay from Luxe Linen complimented each other beautifully and set the scene for the whole design. Bright, summer-toned floral arragements by Peony and Plum popped against the metallic gold accents in the decor. Exquisite china from Dish Wish Events was elegantly paired with handmade teal placecards to create lovely place settings topped off with a bold, pink Ranunculus to tie everything together. "We set the table as if it was a table in someone's home, a real Hacienda," says Bergmark. And they did just that, we absolutely love this design!"
