At Jinza Bridal, we take pride in crafting each dress and accessory to your unique specifications, making them truly one-of-a-kind. As a result, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order is placed, as all items are custom-designed to meet your specific requirements.

However, we understand that preferences can evolve, and you may wish to make design adjustments or explore a complete redesign. In such cases, additional costs may apply, and we are more than happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

All Sales Are Final

Please be aware that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for dresses and accessories.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

Our commitment to quality means that every dress and accessory is meticulously inspected before being shipped. Upon picking up your order in-store or receiving it from the carrier, we kindly ask you to thoroughly examine your dress and accessories. If any damages are noted during delivery, please make a record of them with the carrier at that time.

Canceled Order

For dress or accessory orders canceled after the initial order date, 100% of the merchandise purchase price will be forfeited. Jinza Bridal reserves the right to cancel, refund, or refuse any order. We are not liable for errors or omissions in pricing.


No refunds or credit will be issued for dresses/gowns once they are ordered, given that each dress/gown is custom-made to your specifications. This policy aligns with industry standards in the bridal sector and is applicable to all accessories as well.

Restocking Fee

Please note that any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will incur a 100% restocking fee.
